Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Compliance Associate to join their established team. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to trade compliance policies and regulations across equity and fixed income portfolios.
• Monitor and maintain trade execution processes, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.
• Assist in implementing and reviewing regulatory requirements related to trade execution and investment activities.
• Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and other internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
• Prepare reports on trade compliance activities and findings.
• Support audits and internal reviews related to trade compliance.
• Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and assess their impact on trading operations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in trade compliance or related fields within asset management or financial services.
• Experience with trade compliance tools such as CRD (Charles River Development) and/or Aladdin is a plus, but not required.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing asset management and trading activities.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships across departments.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
