Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) to join our pool. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure products meet functional and non-functional requirements. This role involves both manual and automated testing, along with maintaining detailed test documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring they are properly addressed by the development team.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, ensure proper fixes, and validate solutions.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality and functionality of the product.
• Ensure that products meet both functional and non-functional requirements through thorough testing.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, results, and defect reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing processes and tools.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
• Ability to identify defects and document them clearly and concisely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with development teams.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary : ₱30,000 - ₱65,000
