Salary Range: $23.68 To $25.16 Hourly

Work Schedule: 2/3/Nights 
- Continental Day Shifts: 6:00am – 6:15pm
- Continental Night Shifts: 6:00pm – 6:15am
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as business needs dictate

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee and coordinate the activities of our packaging production team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness, improving production and labor efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Determine production needs based on schedules to ensure operational effectiveness and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with Supervisors to improve production and labor efficiency
• Communicate shift performance, address issues, and implement plans for improvement
• Analyze variances, initiate plans to motivate workers, and develop subordinates
• Utilize employees productively to increase shift labor and production efficiencies
• Coordinate activities, analyze and resolve work problems, and ensure adherence to product specifications and good manufacturing practices
• Conduct periodic safety audits, ensure good housekeeping, equipment cleanliness, and a safe work environment
• Perform minor maintenance duties on production equipment and fulfill Production and QA duties as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with related equipment (packaging equipment preferred)
• Experience in Quality Assurance activities
• Sound mechanical ability
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Results-focused with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
