Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the entire process of buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
  • Perform thorough market analysis to stay updated on real estate trends, property valuations, and neighborhood developments in Napa and surrounding regions.
  • Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of clients, securing the most favorable terms while adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
  • Organize property viewings and open houses, providing potential buyers with detailed information and addressing their questions with confidence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to expand your network and encourage valuable referrals.
  • Stay informed about the latest real estate laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal requirements in every transaction.
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis, transforming prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments. Host two open houses per month to increase exposure and attract potential buyers. Dedicate time to script practice, team activities, and participate in regular one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls to continuously improve performance.
  • Advise buyers on the home-buying process, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties that match their needs. Draft and negotiate offers to help buyers secure their ideal homes.
  • Leverage PLACE Technology to monitor activities, manage client relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
